Rethinking Hospital Pharmacies Through Smart Technology

  What I Observed During My Visits When I visited public healthcare institutions, I paid attention not only to the services but also to how operations were handled behind the scenes. I focused mainly on hospital pharmacies because they are one of the most important parts of patient care. Almost every patient eventually ends up there. What I saw was not poor performance. In fact, I saw hardworking pharmacists doing their best under pressure. However, I also saw long waiting lines, crowded counters, and patients sitting for long periods while waiting for their medications. Some patients looked tired. Some looked impatient.
